Swimming Lessons

Lexi and Carter took swimming lessons.  It was Lexi's second time and Carter's first.  The first week went really well.  They were both happy and enjoyed it.  Lexi is fearless in the water and goes under without any thought.  The second week Carter refused to go and cried.  He fell under on accident and it traumatized him.  I had to tell him he could sit on the side and watch.  Eventually he got in and did fine.  The last day of swimming they turned on the slide and splash toys.  Lexi was in heaven.  Carter just sat down and stayed still.  Eventually his teacher came over and helped him go to the slide.  He went down it once and sat down again.  His teacher sat by him.  Eventually she scooted him closer and

in the end he sat on her lap.  Then they got up and she carried him to the slide  I think he had her wrapped around his finger.  She loved having a snuggle bug.  He would rest his head on her shoulder and they were inseperable.  It was cute.  Me and Trevor just hung out in the shade during the lessons.  It was fun for all of us.
