Pennsylvania
We decided to fly to Pennsylvania as a family to go to Lincoln and Kim's wedding. It was a special event because it was the first time Lexi and Carter had been to Grandma Chamberlain's house. The kids did well on the flight there and adjusted well to the new environment. They loved sleeping in the walk in closet. Grandma gave the kids new stuffed animals and books and Lexi has had to sleep with hers every day since! We got to go to the Crayloa factory and both kids loved it. I loved that everything was washable:) The wedding was wonderful and we loved seeing the Manhattan temple. Cole had to drive to the city and did really well. The ring ceremony and reception were wonderful. We all tried Shirley Temple's for the first time and loved them (especially Carter). They had a dance after the dinner and my kids literally danced until they dropped. It was so much fun. Each time we would try to leave the dance floor Lexi would ask to go back (and we would!). I loved doing it with my kids and having those fun memories as a family. We went bowling one day and everyone enjoyed it. We had a 1 year old and a 91 year old bowling together. It was something to cherish. Both of my kids loved getting to know everyone and have asked to go see Grandma again multiple times.
